  "message": "add a property for controlling perf_event_paranoid\n\nThis adds a system property for controlling unprivileged access to\nperf_event_paranoid. It depends on adding kernel support for\nperf_event_paranoid\u003d3 based on grsecurity\u0027s PERF_HARDEN feature to\ncompletely disable unprivileged access to perf.
